The HERO RUN is a 5K and 1mile walk/run dedicated to raising funds for mission’s organizations while raising the positive impact of exercise and fitness in Central Florida. We encourage a lifestyle of fitness.

Our first race in 2019 was a huge success but due to the COVID-19 pandemic we have been unable to secure a venue to our 2020 race. Unfortunately we have to postpone our next race until 2021. We have been working with city officials to secure our next race venue and will reveal the detail once they have been secure. Stay tuned on our website and our social media platforms (@heroruntampa).

Our course closes at 8:00am to open traffic for the neighborhood. Awards ceremonies begin at 9:00am. Temple Terrace Police department will lead the run. There will be a trail car and golf cart assistance as needed.

What you get…coolest shirt in town, bananas, water, medals for all finishers, placement medals if you’re fast enough.
